Dill Harris?
I didn't think this photo would turn out this well. But, when I pulled it up on the PC, I was pleasantly surprised... All I could think of was Dill Harris in To Kill A Mockingbird, when he tells Jem and Scout about how his mom entered his photo in a contest, and gave him the five dollars that she won.

That's good, because didn't Dill use his money to go to the picture shoe and see "Dracula" a bunch of times? C-man is too young for Dracula. Great picture.
I'm sure he's aiming higher: best of show prize money for the Old Fashioned 4th Art Show is what, $45? All he needs is a big pink mat and an overly ornate gold frame.
