Nutcracker Redux and Ice Skating

Last week one afternoon, Gillian set up the dining room so she could put on a show.  A Nutcracker show, to be exact.  She got really in to it.  And had about five costume changes.  At first, Colin was content to just sit in the audience....but 15 minutes into it he was bored.  He picked up his toy phone and started punching buttons, then he leaned over and whispered, "It's okay, sissy said I could text."  Ha.

This is G being Clara.  With Prince Charming playing the part of the Nutcracker.


She also did the Snowflakes, Arabian dancer, Chinese dancer, and Sugar Plum Fairy.  Each with their own outfit.

Colin FINALLY convinced G that he could "ice skate" during costume changes.  Dewey helped him out.


Post-production the kids threw a party for Baby Jesus under the dining room table.


Clara was the hostess.
