Off to See the Big Guy

Last weekend Daddy's work had their annual kids' Christmas party.  We've found it's a good time and a great way to see Santa without going to the mall!

The kids immediately got in line for balloon animals when we first arrived.  They were a hot ticket.  The wait was about 25 minutes, but they did pretty well with it.  Although, didn't seem to thrilled to have their pictures taken with their parents.



Gillian was more interested in getting her picture with Rudolph.

Colin gave Rudolph a high five but did NOT want his picture taken.  He told Daddy that wasn't the REAL Rudolph, it was just someone dressed up.

Finally our turn for balloon animals!  Both kids asked for penguins.  The Balloon Guy was more than happy to make those, turns out those are his favorite animals!

We got in line to see Santa after this and we didn't wait long!  Although, the only picture was taken with the professional photographer's camera and we don't have it yet!  But the kids did well the The Big Guy.  They both got in his lap and talked his ears of.  Good work, kids.

They earned a cookie.


Then the penguins went a little crazy.
 

Then some tattoos and crafting to keep us entertained.
